How does this work? Does it do the
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
or what ever? because if it does then that doesn't change your ip it just changes your local ip.

Hello.
I think you should explain your program a little bit better. As MyNameIs said, this will only change your local IP. Any website or person handling your IP will be handling your external IP, which can only be changed by way of a VPN, proxy, or a new ISP.

The only connection is WHatIsmyip.com

Hmmm... I would prefer to use the full extent of Visual Basic and work with the IP address without any external sources.

Yeah, it uses WhatIsMyIP. Decompile it and you will see.

Is there any risks to using this? Sounds cool incase you get ip banned or something, but what happens if my internet bugges up or something?
