How do you bypass library filters? - Zyptic - 11-23-2010 I'm at a library and they have a program filter called "SAM" (Smart Access Manager) I would like to visit sites like HF or something because I don't have my home computer no more. I don't believe proxy or VPNs will work. So I need another way of bypassing it. Anyone have any ideas? RE: How do you bypass library filters? - Matt G - 11-23-2010 Can you explain to me why proxies will not work, yes it will take some time to find one, but once you find one that is not blocked it should work. Give it a shot. RE: How do you bypass library filters? - Matt G - 11-23-2010 Try this out http://www.proxy4free.com/page1.html one of the biggest lists. Do you know any bruteforces or something that can get into the admin login? RE: How do you bypass library filters? - Matt G - 11-23-2010 No i don't, and you can get in a load of trouble for doing that in your school, possibly a suspension or expulsion. Try this though http://www.hidemyass.com/ RE: How do you bypass library filters? - Zyptic - 11-23-2010 (11-23-2010, 03:30 PM)MattG Wrote: No i don't, and you can get in a load of trouble for doing that in your school, possibly a suspension or expulsion. Doesn't work. Anyway I'm at a library. I graduated from school 3 years ago. So I don't need to worry about that problem RE: How do you bypass library filters? - Matt G - 11-23-2010 Oh i thought you meant library at school, sorry. http://proxy.org/cgi_proxies.shtml Proxies could get you in trouble so don't hold me on this. read this first. http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20091223171341AAPJVwN but remember you can be easily identified, so i don't suggest you use one. RE: How do you bypass library filters? - Untouch - 11-24-2010 A way I have bypassed filters for years is by using 1 program called ultrasurf. No matter what filters your school, college, university or library has it will get past them all. All you do is put the program on a memory stick and then run it. It's basically just a browser but hides your ip and gives you free access to the internet. It's called ultrasurf. Download of www.ultrareach.com It's completely legal. School's, college's or university's would have to block all people from running any programs not already on the computer to stop you.
