You were not browsing HF.
Look at the url.
HF is way too big for cloudflare anyway.

Cloudflare is a webmaster tool for optimizing your website. It was disabled while you were browsing which explains that error page. It's enabled again now.

I had that happen to me a few times. Give it 3 minutes tops and then refresh.

Just to clear it up, cloudflare is supposed to host the site when the server's failing. Or somthin
