I like it, personally the 'dots' that go across half his/her hair could be erased but thats my opinion, 9/10 great job =)

Thanks guys. I made this one in like...15 minutes cause I was rushing.
Now that I look at it, maybe I should darken the edges a bit and add a little tiny bit more color.
