I want to make my own signatures and userbars any good posts? or tutorials? What do I need? Like to I need photoshop or something? Tell me please and thank you

I would highly advise you get photoshop, whether you pay or "download".

photoshop bliss is a MyBB theme not a program

You can download photoshop from www.adobe.com, the trial version of course.
Then just go on HF or here and watch/read some tutorials.
