Missing tabs in the Display Properties dialog may be usually
caused due to Malware infestation, or due to incorrect changes made in the registry, either manually or using a third-party tweak program.
There is a vbscript that is available at the bottom of this page, which can restore the missing display tabs quickly for you. The script does modify certain registry settings in your system, and your anti-virus package may warn you about it. You can safely allow this script to run, so that it can perform the required task for you.
Download and then double-click the script to run. If you want to view the contents of the script, simply open it using a plain text editor such as Notepad.
