I have decided to re-release this forum project, I have made the theme more organized with ease of use for members. I have changed from SMF to MyBB. I have also have new plans for this site that will hopefully get some decent activity.
Hangout Forums is designed to be a mature and interesting online community with plenty on fun and serious discussions. If you'd like to come and hangout with us and get chatting in serious debates or fun topics then please take a look today @ http://www.hangoutforums.net

The theme is very casual and looks very good.
I would increase the size of the banner (It's a bit small I think).
It's good that you don't have many topics to start off with. Although I'm sure a few more wouldn't hurt.
The Icons work well with the theme although I think you could do with better group userbars.
Also I think the navigation bar Icons are slightly to big.
I think it has potential though. Good stuff.
EDIT: Slight problem - I'm constantly signing out?

Yeh well, I need some new group bars, I know your good at that if you want to give them a try. Also I am accepting suggestions for new sections on the forum so we'll see how it goes.
