Title says it, how do you escape or deal with your issues such as stress from relationships, work or other sources?
Personally I like to go out with friends for drinks, maybe partake in a joint or just go for a quick walk or bike ride with a friend.
How about you?

I either go out for the night with friends, or just get in the car and drive, to no certain destination.

There are several different ways I deal with things, my biggest one is probably music followed by programming. Do something you enjoy and your mind will simply wander away.
