Buying a Trailer - Grizzly - 07-19-2010 That's right, I'm going to be buying a double wide. It's "San Antonio's Finest Manufactured Housing Community" Here soon I'll be putting the downpayment on it, a wopping $3,000. This is really nice though since I'm going to be transitioning out of the military, it'll be hard for me to rent a place, and I'm not going to buy a place I can't afford (crazy interest? variable interest? nein). Most places for the lease or mortgage want 6 months stable income (proven by paystubs) which I won't be able to show, since I'll be getting out of the army lol. RE: Buying a Trailer - drama beats jr - 07-20-2010 I am thinking about a trailer do carry my dirt bike and quads. RE: Buying a Trailer - Grizzly - 07-21-2010 drama beats jr try reading the post again. Not that kind of a trailer.
