RE: What's your top 3 all time favorite movies? - cheeseburger - 10-18-2009 It was in English, pretty sure it screened at cinemas?? Not sure, i thought that's what the trailer was for, but it could have been on a show or something. Most probably American, all i remember seeing was a trailer and it was about a guy who stalks people over the net (most likely kills them) i don't know, i never got to see it. I'm not certain how old the movie is? I have no other information on it, if i did i would most likely no the name of it. I tried to reverse look it up by typing in what it's about in "Google" etc, but i couldn't find it. -No, it wasn't the Craig's List killer! RE: What's your top 3 all time favorite movies? - S0rath 0f the Black Sun - 10-18-2009 I'm looking it up in IMDB, still no luck, getting only the usual cyber punk/computer themed movies I've watched already, the Net, Johnny Mnemonic, Sneakers, etc. EDIT: I could have overlooked it already, I need someone else digging in IMDB with tech noir, cyber punk, computers, crime, sci-fi for me. RE: What's your top 3 all time favorite movies? - cheeseburger - 10-18-2009 When i was younger i used to want to be a ninja, i can't believe i found these movies on youtube: Lucky 7 Ninja Kids: (they go around bashing the 5hit out of everyone!) Young Dragons Kung Fu Kids: I love the way they have dubbed these movies, very funny, a must see. RE: What's your top 3 all time favorite movies? - S0rath 0f the Black Sun - 10-19-2009 I personally go for Samurai and Samurai War movies as a kid. TEN TO CHI TO (one of the epic battle scenes) [yt]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iv-8vY3iCc4[/yt] TEN TO CHI TO (with music from Shogun Total War PC game) [yt]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3zf1Mpf6id8[/yt] TEN TO CHI TO (with sounds from Shogun Total War PC game) [yt]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JIjI14KFAok[/yt] IMO, this still beats The Last Samurai in samurai warfare. This is also the most accurate depiction of the Sengoku Jidai. RE: What's your top 3 all time favorite movies? - DAMINK™ - 10-19-2009 1) One flew over the cookoos nest. 2) Shawshank redemption 3) Exorcist. Weird choices i know but there prob my favorite i think. Exorcist just because i was a kid when it come out and it was scarey as then lol. Now its almost silly. I love Regan!, that movie is a classic though. I haven't seen the others, but i know of them. Shawshank redemption is a great movie, it's a screenplay of one of Stephen King's short stories entitled Rita Hayworth and the Shawshank redemption, it has a great story about 2 men in prison. I highly recommend it. Training Day [yt]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=caqE0DY5t_8[/yt] RE: What's your top 3 all time favorite movies? - s9TeeN - 10-20-2009 Fight Club Surfer, Dude! Cowboy Bebop Not in any specific order... lol RE: What's your top 3 all time favorite movies? - Omniscient - 10-20-2009 I am a huge movie buff. You guys have decent tastes. I can't name a top 3. Maybe a top 100. But I will try to add some good movies to watch that some of you might not have seen. Cube [yt]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=01hUyIrubWE[/yt] Pi (one of my all time favs) [yt]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zQYYGwYTPuY[/yt] And good call on Equilibrium. It's an amazing movie. Technically not as good as matrix but a better story line imho. I am a huge Christian Bale fan. Pretty much all his movies are great. I also firmly believe that Gary Oldman is the best actor in the world. [yt]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KPqQLZeRSbQ[/yt] This is a deleted scene from True Romance and that's Sam Jackson who was cut from the theatrical release. True Romance is a classic. It's written by Quentin and most people don't know that. [yt]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jl_nqx7XQO4[/yt] [yt]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MrTsuvykUZk[/yt] Nice tribute video with his many characters. [yt]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IBTPeGzUew8[/yt] I guess one last movie not mentioned that I have a feeling might not be well known... Bad Lieutenant [yt]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oFvGeMDW7bw[/yt] Keitel rocks...watch Mean Streets too. [yt]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rCwjzn0CncA[/yt] Okay time to segway to Pacino... Panic in Needle Park [yt]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_VMjZyfyODM[/yt] I am deep into old school movies from the 70's. Now that I am taking you back into classics... Akira Kurosawa movies all rock. [yt]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AbbfDntoRRk[/yt] I gotta stop now. |
