Well he picks "randoms" sometimes, he has to at some point, unless he recruits the whole of the HF staff team to moderate SF too

I'm still super fast at moderating. Reports get dealt with in less than a minute when I'm on guard.

I've heard that allot. But wouldn't that be the same if a Staff member was browsing the forum and the report came up then you'd deal with it straight away as a priority. Goes without saying doesn't it?

Reports are #1 priority. I postpone everything online or not to deal with them.

I wouldn't expect anything less? But I've heard about stuff on HF about you were 100 times more active and dealt with more than any other staff member.
