Well done. I think a new logo and touches of contrasting colours is required. You've organised the forum boards, now think about how a logo can communicate "HDGFX" whether as a symbol or a more striking typographical work.

I have another suggestion. Instead of having the Off-Topic category, how about adding a Lounge section to the HDGFX Noticeboard, under Introductions? Like how trilobyte- has arranged his section: http://dotrb.net/forums/
The LOL section may not be necessary until there are more threads.
