I heard about this on HF. Well I think it's absurb and actually helps the kiddy fiddlers. To bypass the Firewall your going to need a good proxy that's all. In indirectly teaching the fiddlers about proxies, they learn more about how not to get caught. Honestly he should spend the millions on the Firefall on the Child Molestion departments. Furthermore I've heard he calls whoever does not agree with him a fiddler? What a sicko.

I think this is just to get some more votes from the Australian population who are like most populations, mostly no computer wizzes. So most of them would think this actually is a good idea.

On the money Maestro. Spot on man.
I think the survey they did had it at like 90% agreed to the filter yet 80% wanted it to be a public blacklist where it is currently at a blacklist noone can see or request.
It will be an interesting one for sure.
