RE: Must Have Programs? - Pink Panther - 10-10-2009 Hi, there are hundred of programs. Have a look here http://www.mactricksandtips.com/2008/01/top-100-essential-mac-applications.html Pink Panther RE: Must Have Programs? - 5C4RF4C3 - 10-10-2009 Logic Studio is the only program that makes me want to buy a Mac. If you're into music production, check it out. http://www.apple.com/logicstudio/ RE: Must Have Programs? - Raptor Jesus - 10-10-2009 (10-09-2009, 11:12 PM)Alex Wrote: lol, I'll probably end up getting vmware fusion if there comes a time where I can't find a mac alternative Use Darwine. It's a port of WINE (no pun intended) for OS X. I wouldn't recommend getting a mac though. Take a look at Some VAIO's and install Windows/Linux. You're choice though so not forcing you. If you are getting the Mac enable your firewall. It's not by default and it's easy as crap to get into one. RE: Must Have Programs? - Alex - 10-10-2009 I have looked at the VAIO's and if I end up switching my mind in the end they do look very nice. The new Toshibas looks pretty nice as well. |
