I don't know what you do for fun where you're from, but an example would be to ask if she just wants to do something some time. If she says what you could say, "I don't know, what do you want to do?" or just pick something.

Take your chance, go for it. Never let a good offer down. Also woman usually flirt with and use their eyes a lot. When a woman stares more at you and blinks more than normal in a minute it usually means something attracts her (in your case that something is you).
