I know it's preferred that we don't talk about 4chan here but 4chan prunes threads once they get more than 10 pages old or something, so I am assuming that value on Biggest Boards is only how many posts are on the boards at that given time. 4chan gets 800,000 posts a day: http://www.4chan.org/advertise/
By comparison Gaia Online only gets about 550,000 http://www.big-boards.com/board/60/
