It was true. We run a FDisk Test through Fedora Live Boot via USB, and we saw that my Harddrive was set as HFS/NTFS (Or whatever the Mac format is, just crossed with Windows Format.)

Oops, how did you zero the drive? Fedora?

Yes, Wolskie helped me out through it and we used Fedora's Terminal (By pressing Alt Ctrl F12,) and Zero'd it out.
