I think "Move over mouse: When you pair Windows 7 with a touchscreen PC, you can browse online newspapers, flick through photo albums, and shuffle files and folders—using nothing but your fingers" is the best feature of Windows 7

The litle search bar on the start menu

Thread's kinda old, but oh well.
My favorite Win7 feature is shaking my mouse around to minimize all the windows crowding my screen.
Saves me a lot of time.

The snipping tool is the best imho.
It gives better quality than Print Screen.

I have never herd of a snippet tool before, I have been looking for this everywhere!, It's really easy to capture any screen, Thanks for this never knew such a tool existed :\, Shows how much i know about Win7 xD.

Screen dividing (I'm not sure what this is officially called, but hey it's a start), and I find the desktop button in the lower right really useful when looking for a file or to see which windows are critical to the current task.
