RE: What program do you use to edit? - Agili Ron - 02-06-2013 Hello Friends, A great freeware software program for viewing a wide variety of different image formats, such as ANI, CUR, B3D, BMP, DIB, CAM, CLP, CPT, CRW, CR2, DCM, IMA, DCX, DDS, DJVU, IW44, DXF, DWG, HPGL, CGM, SVG, ECW, EMF, EPS, PS, PDF, FITS, FPX, FSH, G3, GIF, HDR, ICL, EXE, DLL, ICO, ICS, IFF, LBM, IMG, JP2, JPC, JPG, JPEG, JPM, KDC, LDF, LWF, PICT, QTIF, MNG, JNG, MrSID, SID, DNG, EEF, NEF, MRW, ORF, RAF, DCR, SRF, PEF, X3F, NLM, NOL, NGG, PBM, PCD, PCX, PGM, PIC, PNG, PPM, PSD, PSP, RAS, SUN, RAW, RLE, SFF, SFW, SGI, RGB, SWF, TGA, TIF, TIFF, TTF, TXT, WAS, WAL, WBMP, WMF, XBM, XPM, as well as many video and audio files. In addition to being able to view the images, you can create your own slide shows, change the format and other settings of multiple files at once, and do other minor image manipulations. See the IrfanView page for additional information and a free download of this program. Thanks and Regards, Agili Ron agiliron.com RE: What program do you use to edit? - recthor - 06-03-2013 as for image editor, there are many choices on the internet. you might try one of the imaging sdkapplications that seem to be freely available on the internet--I just did a search for "image processing" and got a ton of hits, many that proclaimed they were free. I do this almost daily. I use an imaging sdk driver called Raster edge . Install it and it becomes a selectable processing option. Now you can process PDF , TIFF ,WORD, JEPE,etc . in any program at all, including Adobe Acrobat reader! Just open an image select process, and specify the function you want, like thumbnail, resize, flip, rotation, etc. the work can be finished in several seconds.
