X-RayHost will give you better deals then eleven2.com. I am a advertiser for them but I am a advertiser because I loved there service so much I do it for 5% of every deal I make which is barely anything because there so cheap! And they have 3 backup nodes and if they go down they have 84 backup nodes they fall on (a familys datacenter).

Well, you could download XAMPP, it has MySQL support as well, if you deal with that. When you use it, forward port 80 and then forward your domain to your DNS.
