You could try http://crocweb.com they have a $10/year promo on. Think the code is DollarCroc.

They have good uptime, but suspended one of my sites for receiving DDoS.

I'd go with a more established webhost than one of these startup companies if you're looking for strength and reliability. It might cost a little more per month but at least you can be assured that the company won't disappear along with your website and credit card details a few months later. I'm not saying all 'lesser companies' are shoddy, but if their claims and pricing look too good to be true, they usually are.
