Odd suggestion but try crashing on energy drinks? I myself get very lethargic right after I drink a can or two of Monster, Rockstar, coffee, or large amounts of sugar. Most people have a little rush then a crash. You may be able to sleep during the crash. It's just a suggestion but good luck with your inability to sleep

I've got an app on my phone called "Rage Reader" or something. Basically it just lists all the rage comics from Reddit so I can read them right on my phone.
When I can't sleep, I lay in bed and read them until I can't stay awake anymore. Could try that.
