RE: iPod Touch, Should I Buy? - Akshay* - 10-23-2009 Ok.You can buy it,But keeping in mind it's has a good warranty period and the seller is not costing you mush for this. Take the price of the same model in 2-3 shops and compare the price. They said that you must buy a phone from them to get service through them. Them, being the worst CPC ever don't have a iPhone. So I can't get it. I must get it through them. =[ Wth is a emulator? Will it run on a iPod Touch. lol.. Don't let this topic die. I am spending $400, I don't want to get ripped. I still want opinions. RE: iPod Touch, Should I Buy? - Alex - 10-25-2009 Actually AT&T is still the only "official" carrier of iPhones still(I think in less this changed without me knowing). It's not your carriers fault its at&t's/apple's. RE: iPod Touch, Should I Buy? - Reece - 10-28-2009 I got the money, Should I wait and see if I can get a deal? Or go through Apple and get a good Warranty? And, ya know i have seen videos and claims of being able to call, and when you think of it, it should be possible. It has internet connction, speakers and an earphone port. But i can't give a yes or no answer on that one, sorry. The iPod touch can make VOIP calls, yes, but there is no way that it could make phone calls over a regular mobile network without modding that would make Hack A Day's eyes water. I just got really side tracked after I posted that Hahaha RE: iPod Touch, Should I Buy? - Plan B - 11-11-2009 An iPod Touch is worth it, I have got a 16gb 2G iPod Touch. It is very good, you can download loads of apps and watch videos download podcasts on it, view the internet (safari), Facebook, Msn, Skype. Overal it is very good. One of the main problems is the wifi, it does not have a very big range, but it is still very good. |
