When you brush your teeth dont scrub as hard as it takes away the white enamel. Make sure you brush your teeth at least twice a day and do mouth wash rinse. Stay away from soads, smoking or coffee that stain your teeth.

Use mouthwash, brush your teeth very often and use brightening strips. The strips will make your teeth look very white & clean, I have used them before.

Crest white strips, best things out there make them white and don't leave that sensitive tooth feeling afterward.

I just went to my dentist and told him I want my teeth whitent,and he did it in 30 minutes.I dont know how thought.

Bleach trays from the dentists work well, but are expensive. I got mine for free though (Mom's a dental assistant).
