I'm not going to assume what he meant, but I don't think a dark text would look as good as making the bar a dark color like black. The glow/shine across it would really stand out. But it's good to use colors once in a while so I don't see why you should make it black. It looks good in orange, it's just hard to read the text.

Yeh I agree.
Making the text easy to read is an easy task, I just can't be bothered to do it lol.
Maybe I will on the weekend.

I hate using red for graphics. It's too strong and doesn't look very professional. Thanks for your input though, it's appreciated.

Eh, I think it doesn't stand out. I've seen countless userbars that look just like this.
