People have posted pictures of Omniscient plenty of times, they were never banned.
As MreGSX stated, they are available to the public. If he didn't want them seen he would hide them.
No ban would be necessary, just the pictures removed if need be.

I don't think Omni even knew what he was trying to do. It's like taking Rohypnol aka Rowies and drinking alcohol. It knocks you the F#%k out. You're asleep but your awake, you don't know what your doing, most of the time you black it out and wake up with no memory of what happened. You could go out and kill your neighbors and wake up in your bed and not remember anything. You could flaw a lie detector test because you simply do not remember.
