If you like her and she obviously likes you.
Just tell her " I don't feel like texting, we should hang out ( insert day ), maybe go ( insert place here )."
She will be flattered and probably blush, then you just bought yourself some time.

It seems to me like you are judging her conversational abilities when the only conversations you have are via text, I know I definitely am not too good at holding a decent conversation over text messages, so I would say arrange a meeting and see how things are in person.

I talked to her alot of times, on the phones.
She's just began acting immature, and stupid.

Trust me man, immature girls aren't worth it.
They will just end up screwing you over, you have to come clean with her.
