RE: Started training alot, should I eat more? - Ambition - 08-08-2011 Depending on how tall you are, you seem to be reasonably underweight. I'm twice your weight haha. Anyway, it's completely okay to eat more if you're skinny/underweight, especially if you are working out or training often. The key is to eat healthy though. Try having a fruit or two before a workout too, it's great for increasing your energy; it's like a natural energy drink to get you ready for your workout! Good luck.
