It is my opinion that at a younger age it is easier to manipulate your dreams as you have more of your imagination, however as you get older you loose that imagination and therefore loose your ability to control your dreams.

I've always wanted to get into it until I read about how it ties in with sleep paralysis. That alone made me not care too much, it is rather interesting.

That's why I always get lucid dreams, because I always get sleep paralysis.

I hate sleep paralysis. D:

I used to get it all the time but within these past few months I haven't really experienced one, knock on wood.
