How old is your dog? When My dog was old she was the same way she got sick then got better then sick then better and she just eventually gave out, If your dog is taking antibiotics she/he should be getting better! If not then it must be old age or maybe even cancer is he/she losing wait??

Are you sure she doesn't have heart-worms? I've heard heart-worms caused symptoms like this.
