Then why are you worrying. For getting at the top it will take some time.
I know you wanna beat other sites. But they must be old up to 2 years.
So it will take time to build reputation of your site to Google.
Let the time Pass and then see the results.

Just some of my input:
-Theme is really bright, kind of hurts my eyes.
-Forum descriptions are a bit repetitive, refer to the console forums (own an X, this forum is for you).
-I also saw a sticky in the announcement section talking about your other site, I wouldn't recommend cross promotion until your forum is long established.
-Also... 4 administrators? That's like major overkill. For the size of your forum I would have one admin and maybe one smod.
I just did a little skim, so that's my input. Good job so far though.
