IDK, I think your standards a really high. It's actually a decent sig. Although... I don't see why ya don't do more then just sigs... o_O

i have done other things b4 but i mainly focus on sigs because i can use them right away
i also find it easier 2 work on the smaller canvas

Nice c4d usage, bit monotone'ish, bad text, bad lighting (Could be easily fixed with burn/dodge tools), good compo.
