I understand now: you meant a place in the Help Documents, while Omniscient means to consider a new article section.

Well I'm always trying to think of ways to better this forum. I think an article section will be a nice touch too.

Yes. I think that would be a good idea to have.
I think only the top 5 support tutorials like virus removale and stuff like that should be the only thing counted.
