Vuwin no longer serves HF content. All the content it did serve is now on a CDN.
I'm not sure why you're slower but you shouldn't be. At least not significantly. Staminus datacenter doesn't have the best latency but overall site should be more stable.

Past couple days there is like a 100% increase in speed. It's amazing.
