Holy shit, you made him look white! I personally thing Lil Wayne is a loser. But I think all rappers are so yeah. They make good music, but most of them are just losers.

I youtube'd "Lil Wayne" and I was really disappointed that the standards of rappers has dropped so much in the past 10 years. His lyrics are awful.. Why do rappers these days feel the need to be lazy & have no passion about what they are rapping about?
On topic, I would rate the sig 6/10. I think you should take a different approach to your lighting effects. There needs to be more contrast through out. The left hand side is far to bright which slightly over powers the rest of the sig. Also I'm not liking this "Graffiti" font.
I don't know where you got that font from but its awful..
