The boys avatar is okay, but the girls is lacking. Try changing the font color and texture.

I think you should make the background simple green like the background of SupportForums, it will give it a more simple effect, and make the text's color the feather of SupportForums, it looks awesome like that, In my opinion.

I think they could be a lot better. Especially the second graphics. It seems blurry or something is wrong with it. But, like I said they both need more work. If I had to choose the best one out of those 2 it would be the "one for guys." Try working on both of them and make them both look better. And like the other guy said. You should get more dedicated to making gfx.
