Of course, moderators will still need to be able to see who posted the posts, lest it become a cesspool for trolls.

I think this is a fantastic idea. However wouldn't staff have to see the real forum name? This could still be embarrassing.

I'm sure Omni wouldn't pick immature staff members, they too would keep it secretive.

This idea sounds actually really good, although i have no idea how this would work. Would there just be an option when you post a thread to post as Anonymous? But only in the Emotional Support section (:
