Try hanging with the girls aswell, if you do go out you have to be comfortable with who she hangs around with, cos you'll probably be doing it together. Try getting her during break or w/e.

If I were you, I'd get more respect for her. Once you've done that, ask her out. Calling a girl a "bitch" doesn't make you cool, it only shows you have no respect for women, and in your case, no respect == no pussy.
