I don't see why everyone likes it so much...
Its the default theme for Glype. All you would have to do it upload the contents of the folder called "UPLOAD" into your public root! You didn't even remove the credit link properly:

Please buy a license from glype.com or return the credit link to the template.
You may also want to hide your admin control panel a bit better.
