im going to bed at 11:30 pm(23:30) when there's nothing on tv and im not going out.
and i wake up in 8 am (8:00).
This is normal thing when im not going to school.

As of late, I have been going to bed at 11 or 12 at night and waking up at 7am or 8am. I'm homeschooled, so I could sleep all day and stay up all night (I was doing that like all of March), but having a "normal" sleeping pattern is very pleasant and refreshing.

Weekends/time off - 3AM Sleep, 2-4PM Wake. (Lazy crap xD).

I normally go to sleep around 2-3AM, and wake up around Noon. I didn't sleep last night though.
