They do naturally have a higher refresh rate at around 600Hz but lcds offer better viewing angles higher contrast and don't have the notorius burn in.... Don't they have borderless TV's, they're pretty good. I also think LG has the 3D TV, but I wouldn't recommend buying that yet as it might still have some bugs. Most of them talk crap but when they don't contradict each other and advise against buying their latest product, I would believe them.
