Well, you have a nice body from what I can see, but you might want to work on your obliques more. Your pecs are large enough, from what I can tell, because of your short height. I would suggest posting a face photo, if you want, so I can give more help.

Isn't that pic like a year old or so? I remember seeing it in the L33T pictures thread started by Vaqxine on HF :p But, anyway, I can't tell much because you are looking away from the camera and it's from a side view. If you weren't wearing a hat, I could help with your hair.
