Yeah, 000webhost is good, but I don't really like their TOS. And last time I use their service they didn't use CPanel

i went from 000webhost to hosting24, (both owned by the same people)
hosting24 is good, full cpanel and unlimited bandwith/space for about $3/4 monthly

They don't use cPanel (cPanel.net), they use a Control Panel.
You can see on their website they didn't capitalize the P.
