Good tutorial, but not really a key "generator".
All its doing is displaying different keys you already have! Maybe you should write one that actually generates the code, usng an algorithm/show how to implement a serial key activation process into any project.

If he did that then it may Fall into the Warez and Hacking category. Like you said, all it does is show the keys you tell it to.
