To start, try updating all your drivers. Seems simple, but you may of overlooked this.

Oddly enough....this can help. But i bet it is your video card as stated by other posts

Im sry guys. This was a mistake kinda. MW acctualy runs with a very laggy parts.
The problem was with 2 of my other hard discs.
For some reason, 2 of my other HDs lagg if I open them or use anything on them.
I just transfered the game from HD2 to C.
