Okay. By doing that command I got all the folders except for usr/share/gimp/2.0/menus so can someone upload there menus folder in the gimp/2.0 section. It will take ten seconds pleasE?

Thanks for that last code and all your guys information. After I did that purge I reinstalled gimp-data and it worked. Thanks alot.
