IDK, maybe coz they are a bit easier to draw and a lot of people have watched animes and get 'inspiration' from there...

I needed done ideas to draw, because I used the drawing to kill the time while sitting in a class...
And anime was popular among most of people, so I had a lot of pictures which I could redraw...
And yeah it's easy to draw ;)

I draw Dexter at 3 AM, after party, so i have a bit more alcohol in my blood... =)
