And yes always rebel lol.
Just gotta say you act far more mature online. I would have had a guess at 17 or 18. (Thats a compliment)
Anyways hope the day brings you what you want.

Thanks Mate, glad to know that I act mature Smile

Thanks Skill. I had a great day. Went to the movies with my mates, got some great presents, overall a really fantastic day. Smile

Happy birthday! I am 14 and the only changes I have observed so far is that I yell at my mom, A LOT. Anyway just have fun, these are some of the funnest years of your life, make the best of them.

Thanks mate. Good to see someone closer to my age. It's hard to go on a site full of 15 or 16+ year olds. I suppose that's why I'm so mature. I've spent so much time with them, that I know how to act without getting flamed or what not.

Yeah I see what you mean, I have done a pretty good just of steering clear of flame fights. Except recently I made the mistake of getting into a mac vs. PC debate, made a fanboy angry, lost me a rep Sad. Anyway I am getting off topic, yeah after spending a while on a forums you start to develop maturity since the internet is a dog eat dog world.

Yes, indeed the internet is a "Eat or get eaten" world.

As for the minus rep? From iintens? Don't listen to him. I know him irl, he's one of my friends brothers. He's just so excited that he finally got a mac, and he's trying to believe that it IS the only good computer. That lost rep has been replaced. Heh. Smile

Heh thanks Smile yeah he seems pretty cool on the IRC and what not, I only got into the debate because I didn't expect anything unreasonable from iintens, guess you can't really trust anyone on the internet because you don't actually KNOW anyone on the internet. Its cool that your getting into web development early, I am trying to get into programming early, but my real interest is game development. It took me sooooo long to finally accept that I can't make an awesome 3-D game after reading a tut for 5 minutes.

Haha, thanks.

I always feel that way, I'm starting to come to the terms that I can't own a site like Support Forums and expect it to be active within the first week. Or the first month. Or the first few months.
It just takes time, and you have to have the interest to do it all, it's not just a "I'm going to learn to do something. Then I'll do it. And become famous". It takes alot of tiem and effort. But it's rewarding.

That's why I decided to start so early. I got into computers when I was 11. I first started learning Batch then, but if you asked me anything about it now, I'd be like "umm.. ping google.com? Big Grin". It just didn't stick because I didn't have the desire to do it.

But yes, starting easly was a great decision, and with Grizzly and iintens to help me, I've learnt alot about websites and domaining. Like I said recently, I own 6 domains at the moment. And I'm in the process of developing them.

Lol exact opposite for me. I started at 11 also, and immediatly dove into html, css, xhtml, etc. Now the best i can do is <table><td><tr>.... Then i started programming and I love it, the logic and everything. And I agree, whenever you see someone who is successful they always say "Yes I started playing guitar at 7" I think I made the right choice doing this early, gives me plenty of time to "go pro"
