You don't need an anti virus for anything. It's not a MUST HAVE, it's not like there are Anti Virus police roaming the streets checking if people have one or not. It's just more of a reccomendation.

OK then when they release another Big virus like the April fools day one then why don't you just go turn your AV off. And I'm guessing the Next big virus they release is going to affect more than Windows.

If that happens again I'm unplugging my router and shutting down my computers cause the last one sucked.
There's linux viruses? I have never heard of someone getting a virus in linux and ive had it for 3 years now.
