I have a PS3 so I'll have to go with that, plus I am loving a lot of its recent and upcoming games like Uncharted 2 and Heavy Rain.

Xbox 360 does have a annual fee but it's like 4 dollars a month so I hardly even notice it. Also they are improving XBL all the time with tons of new features.
PS3 does have better graphics, but it costs 30 dollars for an hdtv cable.
Xbox 360 have graphics pretty close to the PS3 and has a free hdtv cable.

Agreed.
I think Xbox 360 just has better multiplayer games and a better online experience. Both are good console though.
